Get ready for an exciting team-building adventure on the waters of Cascais Bay! Our SUP Challenge promotes collaboration, strategy, and fun for your group.

Dynamic Warm-Up (Optional)

To kick things off, we can start with a group dynamic warm-up. This effectively activates both body and focus. It thoroughly prepares everyone for the challenge ahead.

Equipment & Team Division

First, participants divide into three balanced teams. Next, each team utilizes a different type of gear for the challenge.

• Giant SUP: Perfect for collaborative paddling.
• Single SUPs: Ideal for individual maneuverability.
• Kayaks: These offer stable and speedy options.

Gear Selection Challenge

Before hitting the water, teams engage in a quick, fun quiz about Portugal. The stakes are high! Consequently, the winning team earns the coveted first choice of gear. This adds a strategic layer right from the start.

The Flag Hunt

The main event begins! Each team must collect three floating flags in their assigned team color. We anchor these flags strategically around the beautiful Cascais Bay.

All teams leave the beach simultaneously. The objective is clear: each team gathers all three of their flags using only their assigned equipment. Furthermore, the challenge concludes only when the entire team returns to the beach together, with all three flags successfully collected.

Winning Conditions

Victory goes to the first team that reaches the beach with all its members and all three flags. This setup truly emphasizes the need for real teamwork, cooperation, and strategic thinking throughout the challenge.
